My journey to feeling great

This protocol changed everything for me, including my relationship with food and health.

I had tried just about every diet out there—and hated every. single. one. Keto, vegetarian, vegan, calorie counting, macros tracking—you name it, I tried it. At times I’d even carry around food scales, MyFitnessPal, my own sugar-free barbecue sauce, and other silly things. It took over my life and in spite of all this work, all this deprivation, I didn’t have much to show for it.

Then I found this protocol and I found out that being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need to count calories and calculate macros. You don’t have to cut out entire food groups. Most importantly, you don’t have to deprive yourself of eating delicious food that your friends and family are eating. All it takes is a couple small habits, and you can eat normal food and get healthier.
